Our Process
End-to-End Mining Operations
Sri Vijaya Durga Devi Minerals operates a fully integrated mining and beneficiation chain — from open-pit extraction to processed mineral dispatch. With 5 operational mines across India, our operations are supported by heavy machinery, skilled operators, and R&D-driven beneficiation techniques that ensure consistent output quality.
Every stage of our process — excavation, haulage, crushing, screening, and beneficiation — is managed by our in-house team of over 100 well-qualified professionals, ensuring quality control and operational efficiency at every step.
Stage 01
Exploration & Extraction
Our teams conduct systematic geological surveys before commencing open-pit mining operations. Heavy excavators are deployed for efficient ore extraction, minimising waste and maximising yield from each site.
Stage 02
Haulage & Transport
A fleet of high-capacity dumpers transports extracted ore from the mining face to the processing plant. Our logistics infrastructure is designed for high-volume, continuous operations across all our sites.
Stage 03
Crushing & Screening
Ore is passed through primary and secondary crushers followed by multi-deck vibrating screens to achieve the required size fractions. Loaders manage material flow efficiently between each stage.
Stage 04
Beneficiation
Depending on ore characteristics and client specifications, we deploy jigging for density-based separation and magnetic separation for iron recovery — achieving consistent, high-grade mineral output at 5,00,000 tonnes per year capacity.
