Hailing from a proud farming family, he pursued a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering — laying the technical foundation for a remarkable journey that began over 40 years ago.
Driven by an extraordinary entrepreneurial spirit, Mr. Reddy ventured into India's core industrial sectors, building a diverse and highly successful conglomerate from the ground up. Today, his extensive empire spans sponge iron manufacturing, power plants, and mining — sectors that drive India's industrial growth. Beyond heavy industry, his visionary leadership has created lasting societal impact through major footprints in education and real estate.

R. Sai Saran Reddy

Sai Saran Reddy is a dynamic multi-sector entrepreneur, industrialist, and educational leader with a diverse business portfolio spanning higher education, heavy industry, enterprise solutions, and real estate. A Mechanical Engineering graduate by qualification, Mr. Reddy brings deep technical grounding to every venture he leads.
As Managing Partner of Sri Vijaya Durga Devi Minerals, he oversees an advanced mineral enterprise specialising in the mining and R&D-driven beneficiation of Iron Ore, Dolomite, and Silica Sand — commanding an annual capacity of 5,00,000 tonnes. He also serves as Chairman of the Sri Venkateswara Educational Society and Managing Partner of Kiran Services, a leading human capital firm serving manufacturing giants including CP PLUS and Dixon Technologies.

He holds a degree in Computer Science Engineering and spent his early career in the United States, gaining invaluable experience with several renowned global software companies.
Driven by a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to contribute to India's core industrial growth, Mr. Prashanth returned from the USA to establish a Sponge Iron Plant — which under his strategic leadership became a highly successful and efficiently run operation. He has since diversified into the core resource sector and is today actively engaged in the mining of Iron Ore, Dolomite, and Silica Sand.
